Warranty and Service Terms

WARRANTY SERVICE:

By using hazetechnicalsolutions.co.uk or hazetech.co.uk (the "Site") to place an order for products offered on the Site (the "Products"), you accept and agree without modification to these Terms of Sale (the "Terms of Sale"). hazetechnicalsolutions.co.uk. (referred to herein as "Haze Tech," "we," "us" or "our") reserves the right to change these Terms of Sale without prior written notice and at the sole discretion of Haze Technical Solutions Ltd. 

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee (as specified with the machine's supplied documentation).

This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance .

Products are carefully tested and inspected at the manufacturer and are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects when shipped.

Any equipment which is proven defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion upon written authorization, according to the terms of the manufacturer.

We will not assume any responsibility for labour expended or materials used to replace and/or repair equipment without our prior written authorization.

This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Using smoke fluid other than that recommended by the manufacturer of your smoke machine will void the warranty and could cause permanent damage.

For all used sales of which a manufacturers warranty may not apply , 30 days warranty is supported unless specified other wise when ordering.

Haze Technical Solutions Ltd is able to provide up to 5 Years Service and Maintenance Packages which allow extended life further , please contact us to find out more.

Rosco Smoke : 1 Year

Magmatic Effects : 2 Years

Hazebase : 2 Years

MSS Trainer : 5 Years

Chauvet Pro/DJ : 1 Year

Concept : 5 Years

Cameo : 2 Years

Antari : 2 Years

SERVICE & Repair Continued:

On request for service you will be issued with an Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number that will be emailed to you with further instructions. 

Our standard rates are £50 Per Hour + Shipping (See Shipping Rates) + Vat

Following investigation a quotation will be provided.

Please expect at least 1 hours labour on returning you equipment .

Should a product be found under warranty we will ensure the relevant cost are covered by the manufacturer where applicable .

Please be aware that its the customers responsibility to ensure security / pat testing is performed on their equipment as with hire companies is the standard proactive process before hire, we do not provide a pat testing service.

Following completion of your repair any issues related to this repair and the original fault see ,will be covered for 90 Days,, customer to repackage for collection back to our service center...

Spare Parts Sales

We accept no liability to business or property for customers whom which to order spare parts in order to repair on their own behalf, repairs should be carried only by Manufacturer Trained Technicians.

Should the Manufacturer in question provide any form of Warranties for Spare Parts, which in some case can but up to 90 Days we will of course honor this assuming no failures are found by user on return of the defect item.

It is the customer responsibility to return such items at there own cost should a failure happen.
